Self-assessment

Is your project management alive, or held up at arm's length?

Eight questions, two minutes. At the end, a clear read of what in your current steering actually rests on a system, and what rests on one or two people keeping it all in their head. Not a marketing score — an honest look.

This assessment is a quick read of your current practices, not an audit. It rests on your own answers and does not replace a detailed review of your processes.

  1. Can you say, right now, how many projects are running late, without opening several different files?

  2. Do you track the hours actually spent on each mission, or only the hours sold in the quote?

  3. A delay on a blocking task (client sign-off, design, development) — how do you see it?

  4. Can you say today who on the team is under-loaded and who is about to break?

  5. Do you know at any moment which freelancers are available this week, and at what day rate?

  6. Are your contracts (retainer, time and materials, fixed price) tracked in one place, with renewal dates visible?

  7. Do your clients have visibility on their project, or do they depend on a weekly email?

  8. If the person who keeps all this in their head were away for a full week, how would the agency run?
