What this module does

A shared inbox becomes unmanageable as soon as more than two people read it. Requests pile up, some get answered twice, others not at all. Klaro Cards connects to your existing mailbox and routes incoming emails to the right person automatically, based on business rules you define — by subject, sender, keyword or department. Every request becomes a trackable card with a status, an owner and a deadline. No email is lost, no request falls through the cracks.
